Shipping and Delivery
At Wibeboken, we offer several delivery options to ensure you receive your books in the way that suits you best:

• Direct to Your Home – Get the book delivered straight to your mailbox.

• Click & Collect – Pick up your order at our office within 3 business days.

• E-Book – Get instant access to the e-book after purchase.

 

Delivery time
Physical books are usually shipped within 3–10 business days. Addresses in Northern Norway may experience longer delivery times. We cannot guarantee that all orders will arrive within the estimated timeframes.

Delivery Method
We primarily use Bring/Posten as our shipping provider, but other carriers may also be used. If the package is too large for your mailbox, it will be delivered to the nearest pickup location. In some cases, the courier may decide to deliver the package directly to a pickup point.

Wibeboken offers free shipping on all orders. You will have a full overview of available shipping options and any potential costs before completing your purchase.

International Shipping

We only ship physical books to addresses in Norway, including Svalbard. However, e-books can be purchased and downloaded from anywhere in the world.

Click & Collect

If you want to save time or avoid shipping, you can pick up your books at our office. Your order will be ready within two business days, and you will receive an SMS confirmation when it is available for pickup. This service is free of charge.

Returns and Complaints

Books purchased from Wibeboken can be returned in good condition within 14 days of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us in advance:

If the return is due to a complaint (e.g., a damaged or incorrect book), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning a book under the right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Return of e-books

Please note that e-books and downloadable audiobooks are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
